Undamaged and unaltered jewelry may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange (not just a store credit).

Custom Design Jewelry:

Custom designed jewelry is not returnable.

Bullion/Precious Metals:

Bullion or precious metals are not returnable but can be sold back to Medlars Jewel Masters at the current live market rate.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are not returnable.

Loose Diamonds:

If within 90 days of your loose diamond purchase, you find a diamond with the same specifications, graded by the same gemological laboratory, at a lower price in the United States, Medlars Jewel Masters will match it and give you 10% of the difference.

Bring in the competitors actual diamond with certification and sales receipt. This offer applies to our G.I.A. and A.G.S. certified diamonds only. A competitor’s diamond certification must be from the same laboratory. The competing diamond must the following matching characteristics: Shape, weight, color, clarity, diameter, cut grade and fluorescence (if any). Sales taxes are not included in the cost comparison.
